Rev. John Stone explains his case.

 

 

 

The following is a recording made February 12, 2009, in the Phoenix Arizona Bankruptcy Court.   Judge James Marlar working in concert with Federal District Court Judge Mary H. Murguia set-up and rigged a "Show Cause Hearing" to block and destroy two adversary complaints in excess of $360,000,000.00, in which they are major defendants in.  Rev. John W. Stone charged them with Bankruptcy Fraud, RICO, fraudulent transfers, and other causes of action. Although Judge Marlar dismissed the complaints, as a matter of law his order is void, because, among other things, he committed fraud. Marlar and Murguia used Murguia's fake injunction to make Stone believe he needed her pre-approval before filing the complaints, but the record clearly evinces that her pre-filing injunction order is a fraud that was void from its inception.  Now the Judges are in major hot-water because they used Murguia's fake order in Arizona State Court proceedings with the full intent of corruptly influencing the Arizona State Supreme Court, Court of Appeals, Superior Court, Justice Courts, and State and Federal Law Enforcement.
