CONTEMPT CHARGES HAVE BEEN FILED AGAINST ARIZONA DISTRICT COURT
JUDGE MARY H. MURGUIA WITH THE ARIZONA COURT OF APPEALS
Judge Mary Murguia is the first Latina to become a federal judge in Arizona and her brother Carlos is the first Latino in Kansas to serve in that capacity. The duo, are the first brother-and-sister combination in the country to serve as federal judges. Judge Carlos and all reputable judges should be ashamed of Mary.
Judge Mary Murguia was not acting in her judicial capacity, thus had no authority to render the order that resulted in furthering the conspiracy to cover-up the fraudulent scheme that commenced with the armed robbery of a federally protected bankruptcy estate and the aggravated assault committed against the Stone family on September 8, 2005
The reason this nightmare has continued for three-years is because Maricopa County Judge Lex Anderson rendered a counterfeit judgment on August 10, 2005, and he passed it along to his accomplices to commit the crimes, and that fact as a matter of law will always remain. No federal or state court, even the Supreme Court, can lawfully make that counterfeit VOID order, VALID!
So the officials, and their private party co-conspirators, continue to use dirty unfit judges to do their dirty work to make it appear that their depraved acts are legal when they are anything but. Judge after judge has come into this scheme and used their position to usurp judicial authority to execute void orders, block criminal investigations, and further the cover-up to prevent their long overdue prosecutions.
Judge Murguia’s acts are disturbing not just because she took an oath to obey the law, not just because she had no jurisdiction, not just because she lied repeatedly in her void order, but because she claims to be a civil rights advocate, and given the fact that she is a minority, her acts are reprehensible.

Senator Nelson stated in his letter that he was giving McCain the
opportunity to take care of the situation in his own state.
