SENATOR NELSON’S LETTER CONFIRMS SENATOR MCCAIN’S COVER-UP OF ARMED
ROBBERY AND THEFT FROM A BANKRUPTCY ESTATE.
Florida U.S. Senator Bill Nelson sent Arizona U.S. Senator John McCain a
letter and documents in November of 2005 evidencing the September 8, 2005
armed robbery and theft from an Arizona bankruptcy estate. However, McCain
elected to ignore Nelson and cover up for his elite constituents.
Senator Nelson stated in his letter that he was giving McCain the
opportunity to take care of the situation in his own state. The victims
Reverend John W. and Shirley D. Stone contacted Nelson because Arizona State
and Federal officials participated in the armed robbery and theft and were,
and still are, jointly blocking the criminal investigation while retaliating
against the Stones for pursuing them.

McCain, told on several occasions and court records prove, that the crimes
were committed and are being covered up. Federal and state judges usurped
power and entered counterfeit orders to make the crimes appear to be legal.
Meanwhile, law enforcement agreed not to arrest and prosecute the culprits,
who just happen to be themselves, judges, attorneys and private parties.
Cover up worse than the crime-- the armed robbery and theft of a bankruptcy
estate qualifies as an act of terror, and the ensuing cover-up is just as
bad. The Arizona high-ranking officials know the law and the consequences of
their acts and omissions and are not about to turn themselves in.
Just 9-days before the armed robbery and theft, the Stones filed a RICO and
Civil Rights complaint against the same 30 corrupt officials and the private
parties that looted their estate, confiscated the incriminating evidence
against them and destroyed it along with all the Stones’ property.
The conspirators also stole and destroyed medical records, supplies and
equipment that belonged to Stones’ youngest son who has type-1 diabetes. The
Stones tried to get help from officials and the media throughout the state,
but the conspirators’ smoke screen painted them as deserving the unlawful
torturous treatment. They were and still are actively assaulting the Stones
and defaming them publicly.
After the armed robbery and theft, the presiding judge of the RICO
complaint, Federal Judge Roslyn Silver, covered up the crimes and harbored
the defendants, many of whom are her colleagues. Silver conspired with
Arizona U.S. Attorney Paul Charlton, Arizona State Attorney General Terry
Goddard, Maricopa County Attorney Andrew Thomas, former Peoria Chief of
Police David Leonardo, and others to block the criminal investigations and
prevent the arrests and prosecutions of the guilty parties.
On November 9, 2005, Judge Silver disqualified herself from the RICO
complaint and her colleague Federal Chief Judge Stephen McNamee took over
the case and continued to harbor the conspirators. McNamee contacted Tucson
Federal Judge David Bury and together they drafted a fraudulent court order
dismissing the complaint, freeing their colleagues, and keeping their crimes
covered up within the justice system. The order they drafted and issued on
December 20, 2005, falsely paints a picture of the Stones and blocks them
from ever getting justice in any federal or state court or law enforcement
agency.
On March 8, 2006, Rev. Stone made a lawful citizen’s arrest of one of the
conspirators and was planning to make more arrests. However, Maricopa County
Sheriff Detectives and County Attorney Andrew Thomas corruptly interfered
with the arrests and wrongfully arrested Stone.
