In this story, when we say Maricopa County courts, we mean many courts. As this riveting story moves with the same issue from court to court, you will be amazed, enthralled, and wonder whatever happened to the integrity of the courts.

Corridors of Corruption”, exposes a system-- a pattern and practice of corruption. The book reveals misconduct of judges, attorneys, and law enforcement personnel that, as a matter of law, constitutes racketeering. The book is written, but the story has not ended, the conspiracy to cover-up is continuing.

On June 20, 2008, Maricopa County Judge Richard Haworth had no discretion or authority but to vacate the void judgment. That void judgment was rendered without jurisdiction of the court and used to commit armed robbery and theft from a bankruptcy estate, which included incriminating evidence of racketeering. For three years, that void judgment has worked its way through the many Maricopa County courts. Now that that void judgment is removed from the record, all the crimes, perpetrators, and beneficiaries are exposed and the book gives all the details.

On March 10, 2003, President Bush responded to a letter about the racketeering in the bankruptcy court. Bush wrote, “My agency has the expertise to deal with it”. However, after Attorney General Ashcroft was notified about the racketeering, the FBI’s investigation, that had been started, was abruptly halted and then abandoned.

Presidential Candidate and Arizona Senator John McCain, was notified about the corruption, including President Bush’s complicity. Each time, McCain made the same response; but you will have to read the book to find out what he did and only then will you be able to judge for yourself, whether McCain is culpable or not.

On August 30, 2005, just 9-days before the armed robbery and theft of the incriminating evidence, President Bush, U.S. Attorney General John Ashcroft, FBI Director Robert Mueller, 14 Federal and State Judges, and others were named as defendants in a RICO and Civil Rights lawsuit, filed in the Phoenix, AZ Federal Court.

Bush’s co-defendants and the co-conspirators that pulled off the robbery were Maricopa County Judge Lex Anderson who supplied the void judgment for Kent Harding, president of Lighthouse Mortgage and his attorneys Scott M. Clark and Paul A. Henderson. Maricopa County Constables and Peoria Police supplied the armor and muscle, so the bankruptcy estate could be looted. They confiscated and destroyed the racketeering evidence, which benefited all the defendants in the lawsuit.

Maricopa County Attorney Andrew Thomas and his subordinates Heather Kirka, Matthew McGregor, and others, joined forces with judges and Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio’s detectives Gentry and Graham to aid the guilty parties. The story tells how they used the criminal justice system, the murderers, rapists, pedophiles, and others, to force compliance to the cover-up, which was made a success by the void judgment. Now, that that void judgment has been vacated by Judge Haworth, their racketeering crimes are validated.

Courts have ruled repeatedly, that a void judgment can never be made valid. However, on August 13, 2008, without lawful authority and in violation of the law, a hearing is scheduled for Manistee Justice Court case, CC2007176431, to attempt to tamper with the record to make a new void judgment for the destroyed one.
