Attorney Says They Should Settle

By Rev. John Stone, February 11, 2009

Although my wife and I have been and are still representing ourselves in court without an attorney, over the years I have verified the law and lawful procedures of the court with countless attorneys concerning what usually happens in situations like ours.

It is well-known and a U.S. Attorney told me, in a recorded conversation, some years back in another case, that "representing yourself in court is fraught with danger".  It took some time for us to fully understand what he meant.

The danger that we found in representing ourselves is that the judges always took the word of the attorneys rather than the evidence and the law.

The audio recording, is but one of many that we have of attorneys and judges, and proves that if an attorney had been representing us, they would have settled.  But instead, because we are without an attorney, the judges have decided to take, i.e., usurp power where they have none to violate substantive constitutional rights.

Usually I approach an attorney as the victim not the perpetrator. In the following conversation, I am seeking information as the perpetrator, i.e., the landlord in our case.

The events are true in context and law, however certain other details are fictitious as well as who the attorney thought I was.

The attorney had no knowledge that our conversation was being recorded and his name, like the others that will soon be revealed, is being withheld to protect him.

Listen and view the evidence on this website and decide for yourself, the truth and the lie.

Without Attorneys

Poem Taken from the book

 A Raping to Buy Justice

by Shirley Durden-Stone

When we entered the Courts, armed with the truth,
we believed that “Justice” was ours.
Naïve and uninformed about the sinister system,
we had entered a system claimed theirs.

We sought “Justice”, but found-- “Just Us”,
and laws that were ignored for us.
When entering the system, the system’s against us,
denying, raping, and deceiving us.

Camaraderie and money take precedence to law,
rallying judges for lawyers, not the truth.
Justice’s the prize however attained,
only winning’s the object of the game.

What happened to integrity,

honesty, and morals,
what happened to the

golden rule? Do to others

as you have others do,
what happened to just

telling the truth?

The truth has not mattered,

has not been considered,
not once during the

court’s proceedings.

The truth was discarded

justice bought,
and righteousness

taken from the rulings.

Integrity defiled and laws

compromised, manipulated

or not even regarded.

The battle’s a battle, another

long battle, of lawful against unlawful.
There’ve been no victories, no help as we cry out,
while being confused, abused, and refused.

There’s one thing we know, that we’re not alone,
for there are many-- many more like us.
We trust that one day, that truth will prevail
and give Justice her stand without attorneys.
